I know that there is some guy working on the "A+ Fast Pass", which I don't think has come out yet. I'm looking now for online tutorials and books for the upcoming exams, and that's all I've found so far.

I use Avast! and AVG. I like them both. Generally one will catch something the other won't, so I continually use both.

I wear hats all of the time. I normally don't wake up early enough to fix up my hair, so it's just easy to put on a hat. I like 'em! :-D

I go there occasionally, but not that often. Somebody gave me a gift card, so I used it to buy school supplies. I only really buy big stuff there, otherwise I'll pay a little more to support other businesses.

What if you were to major in MIS, how extensive of a math knowledge base would you generally need?

I've been studying for the A+ Core Hardware Exam. I figure that I'll take the hardware exam (and hopefully pass), and then begin studying for the OS exam. My question is, if they update the exams (which I've heard they plan on doing late this year) before I have a chance to take the OS exam...

I suppose for me it originates from my Grandfather's influence. He would always tinker on a computer(he had no idea what he was doing), and I always wanted to see what he was doing.

I use Virgin Mobile. It's a Pay-As-You-Go plan. $0.25 a minute for the first ten minutes of the day, and $0.10 after that. If you're only using it for emergencies, it's a great buy. I generally only have to spend about $20 every two and a half months.

Anyone gotten their hands on this? A friend gave me a copy, which I'm installing at the moment. It's supposedly a big upgrade from CS. I guess we'll find out.

I don't have a firewall. :P I'll save that aspect of my stupidity for another post. I've also noticed that I can't access the Google main page or MSN hotmail. It's pretty funky.

Has anyone else had trouble signing onto the AIM network? I've tried multiple screennames on three different AIM clients, on three different computers in the house. It's the most funky thing ever. It's almost like I've been globally banned from AIM, yet I've done nothing wrong at all. I can...

Well, it depends on what you want to spend. Most people that have more professional sigs have Photoshop. But it's about $700, I think. There's also a progam called GIMP, and it's free. A few people I know tell me that they like it better than Photoshop. I've never used it, so I couldn't tell...

The majority of my friends use Cool Edit Pro. They love it. If you want something more basic, you could always try Audacity. It's free, and pretty good for beginners. Cakewalk's Sonar always get's great publicity in guitar magazines, but it's quite pricey.
