I know, I did get the wan ip when i check PPP status. when i ping the wan IP, the result also in good condition. just i cannot ping the DNS. This is my first time encounter this problem. I suspect this is the Router problem. the possible is change the router if i want to solve this problem...

Thank you everyone for giving idea to solve the problem. I done the system with full format by NTFS system. Then quickly install zone alarm firewall and avast antivirus before access to internet. Now, i am testing in good condition already.

sound like your computer OS or other software problem. does your friend laptop working on internet longer than 5 minutes? if your friend laptop working fine, I think that is your computer OS problem.
