Please do the fixes as shown.
With the CleanUp program, you have the option of removing all of the cookies on your system. If you dont want to do that option then untick the checkbox for remove cookies.

First create a folder on your C:\ drive, then rename it C:\HJT
Once you have done this, download HJT from HERE
Save the file in the C:\HJT folder.
Go to C:\HJT and click on HijackThis.exe
