well the downloading is done i have linux just not on the disc yet

that is really wierd but would it really matter does it work fine if all she is doing is typing and word processing you dont really need to fix it maybe in the future i dont know. Just a thought

you get laggy when your playing doom 3 and your computer is waaaaaayyyyy better that mine and i dont really get that laggy

i dont know your computer is nice maybe try getting a new fan or something and i is the screen blue when it crashes if so that happens a lot it can be the game also what game are you playing

uuuuuummmmmm i suggest just getting a new computer like last posted that computer is old and you can get pretty good deals even if the computer isnt that great it can run some pretty good damn like my computer is alright and everyone told i couldnt run HALF LIFE 2 but it can and it runs great so...

ok what type of ram is it because if it is the wrong kind of ram for your motherboard then your ram wont work out to well because it is easier to read the right type of ram

and it isnt called segments it is called partitions and you need a different os that has partition software in it or you can get partition software of the internet. IT will make it into a bunch of different pieces. I am downloading linux off of linuxiso.com and that has partition software
