Have you tried to login in Google Chrome Incognito Mode (Press Ctrl + Shift + N , in Google Chrome) if it works then delete your browser history, hope it helps

There is Display Your Bookmarks button (star icon) , press that, now Bookmark Toolbar > Most Visited. Done!!! Alternatively press Alt , V,T,B ( in sequence) to show your bookmark bar again, here you can find Most Visited Webpages

Right Click on Explorer pin icon in taskbar (i think u you mean to say taskbar, with startbar, as start orb is on this bar) now select Windows Explorer, this way you can open more then 1 instances of Explorer (Libraries Folder)
