Couldn't have been given any better examples, but when you devide the number by 2 to the power etc, it has 2^-1, 2^-2, etc.
Is that how it is for every number or does it depend on the sign bit (The -1, -2, -3, etc).

I know it has something to do with floating points but is it how to calculate them or what?
It only happens with the mouse as I can tell but randomly the mouse may freeze then in a second or two come back, but sometimes just completely stops and I need to change from side ports into back ports. Once I switch and it happens again I need to restart to basically get it to work.
