I had an asus a7s333 mobo combo 1500mhz that did the same thing. The problem was a hot CPU. The heat was not being transferred properly. A dap of artic silver thermal compound is all that I needed to fix it. Good luck

fdisk yup! fdisk is crap out make a fresh copy. for what ever reason my fdisk stop working, and no way to get my pc to work. i just went to a friends house wich still runs windows me! and i made about 5 copys of fdisk. can't have enough of this little suckers for those late nigh repairs.

Also if you have bad memory or incomparable memory you would not get a signal out. I also had these issues at one time or another And my problem was a memory chip that stops working for whatever reason.
