Hi, I just finished putting together my first own built pc and have installed windows 7 and all the motherboard drivers. My main problem is that one of my HDD is not detected by windows explorer or disk management so I can't format it for use. Both HDD are brand new.
I have 2 HDD, 1 WD...

Btw, some HDD go as SATA, SATA II and others as SATA 300, what is the differnce and will all of them plug into and work ok wih the mobo I want (ASUS P6T Deluxe V2)?
Hi, many thanks for your feedback, in particular where I can save money without necesarrily loosing out on performance. Even If I have some extra cash there are other things than computers you can spend money on ;-)
