I took the kb apart and theres nothing on the pcb that looks remotely useful. I tried tracing the antenna backward to see if i could find D- or D+ points, but there wasnt anything. Meh, it was worth a shot.

Its the same thing as the QuickLaunch (around since windows '98 i believe), just bigger icons. You should hear the mac fanboys rant about it. It is still the taskbar, and functions just like the taskbar always has, it just doesnt have labels and app grouping is on by default. If the taskbar...

One thing i forgot to mention (idk why, this is the reason i built the computer) is that this can run osx perfectly. A bona fide "hackintosh", as the kids call it. I would assume this affects the value, given i find someone who is looking for a hackintosh, right?

Whats the nvidia equivalent to that? I can never remember which cards are comparable, i assume its close to a 9600 of some sort? I prefer nvidia cards, but i got a good deal on the 3870 and went with it. Its done well enough, but more power is always better :D Thanks again for all the input!

Thanks for the input! I might now end up selling the gfx card and the hotswap bay and get a newer gfx card. Any estimates on what i could get for those two items?
