I just got a new PC. When I left click my mouse to move a window, after it moves it kind of rolls or wobbles to catch up to where I've moved it. This is probably an easy fix but I just can't seem to locate it. Any help appreciated

Sorry, didn't fix it. Both OS showed up and none would go away. However, you DID fix my problem anyway. There was an option to change the length of time the boot screen appeared. I changed it from 30 seconds to 3 seconds. Now it comes and goes so fast it's hardly noticed. Thanks much for the...
