I doubt that you could prevent them from being sent in emails if anybody has any kind of access to them. Even the printing restriction could be avoided without much difficulty if you can set such a restriction.

I have a 20 year old hard drive with all of the data still intact. I even have an old IBM PS/2 with all of the data still on its hard drive (older than 20 years).
That's not completely true. My uncle just got an almost new Pontiac Vibe without auto anything, except for auto steering and ABS. They are more difficult to find, though.

I was thinking for a minute about whether or not that was what you (the OP) were alluding to, then I saw the comments and knew that I was correct.
I'm not trying to get off-topic, but you have to remember that apple has more frequent releases of osx than microsoft has of windows. Microsoft gives you all of the service packs for free. Microsoft also doesn't make money off of the hardware.
I do agree that there should be a large discount...
The USB ports will work (they need to be hooked onto the ones on the motherboard, though). Everything usually comes with instructions, but they are sometimes poorly translated into english.
If you are going to use wireless, you will most likely need a wireless card. That one you have selected...
