Sigh after doing some extensive research, the voltage keyed is holding me back from buying the Sapphire 9550SE 8x and 4x AGP 128mb vga card.

Trotter your response gave me more confidence in upgrading the graphics card without the changed of power supply. I actually wonder what would happened if after insering the agp card into the slot and there is not enough power. Are there any risk of damaging any components?

Certainly would be expecting that it is true for a 200W power supply to power up a 9550SE.
Just to confirm further, on a power supply calculator worked out to a total of 142W.

I have tried arranging the optical drive to move out of the front bay slot cover but it is untidy and does not looks nice or neat. Moreover the alignments of the screws is totally screwd up and the optical drive could not be securely mounted to the 5/1/4 drive bay.

What does the error means? Why does it appears momentarily after powering up the computer? The BIOS does stay at where it is configured but as soon as the main poweer is off, the BIOS simply reset and the CMOS Checksum error - Defaults loaded appears. Sometimes it simply went into questioning...
