Well, from my own experience I can say those monitoring tools are really effective. An employee should work, after all, and not playing on-line games at your expense. We use Actymac Dutywatch and Protemac Keybag - check out these tools, maybe they should be useful for you too :)
Do you mean you cannot chat PC to Mac, or this doesn't work on Mac at all?:eek:
There's an app that records video from Skype - SkypeCap, I use the PC version, but there's also a version for Mac OS... Check out the link - http://skypecap.com/

Macs aren't immune, but they are simply less targeted, as they were originally designed for home use only. From my personal experience i can say, that though the only protection I use is a firewall (Protemac Netmine) my Mac doesn't get any viruses.
