can anyone tell me how to reformat my hard drive? never done it before, nothing will open up on my computer now, i can no longer run any programmes, all i get is this antivirsolutions popup! i have to have my computer for work so how do i reformat please??

starting my computer which now seems to be completely jacked! in even safe mode, the virus's are not alowing any type of virus software to run. malwarebytes gets shut down after several minutes, spybot will not open, microsoft security will no longer run or update, avg does not open, adaware...
