Hello, I can't automatically login every time I boot up. Machine gives me an error popup saying my auto login is incorrect and sends me to a login screen. How can I fix so I can auto login every time and not have to click a login box? Thanks.

Thanks. I got a new mobo, cpu, and memory. Gigabyte, works like a charm now. Appreciate all the help. I believe my previous combo was not made to work together, or the mobo was just buggy.

Do you think the combo of processor and mobo is OK? How about w/ the combo of the RAM? Microcenter will only let me exchange for the same model of everything.

Interesting. I can only exchange it for the same board...do you think that is viable or should I continue to mess w/ the bios?

I have 4 slots, put one in each of them and restarted, but the BIOS never even came up. I honestly dont think it is the RAM, the RAM always seemed to check out ok, it was the BIOS that I couldnt get to work...sometimes it would go to the BIOS, sometimes it wouldnt, sometimes it would unlock 2...

I shifted around the sticks of RAM, it never booted up until I had it placed in the same configuration as I had before. I entered the BIOS and enabled the Core unlocker and changed the boot sequence (again...it seems to change every time I have to go thru the hard shutdown). This is bothering...

Thanks for your reply. Problem is, I dont get an error, it just doesnt boot up into the OS, just stay on, no Post beep or anything. I have to "restart" it many times. I will try to remove sticks of RAM though now, and will post back.

GPU is 890X, it has 4 settings, one is PCI...should I pick that one? I still have to hit the reset button about 4 times to get the computer to start, then it works fine, but seems to lose the BIOS settings everytime. CMOS battery maybe dead?

The GPU is onboard, not sure the type, I'll look. How do you cycle RAM?

It doesnt reset when I hit the power switch. Sometimes the reset switch does work. This thing is acting really buggy, just now it went thru the normal BIOS startup, then froze. Not sure the problem. I've been able to get it to fully load before though.

Hello, Just built the below machine. By hitting the power button, I cant get it to start up. I usually have to hit the button below it (maybe the "reset" button), before I get a post "beep", then it goes into the startup. It shuts down OK though. Maybe I wired the startup/reset buttons...
