so i can run a vm server in host o/s and it want affect anything other than sharing resorces

still not sure my work computer cant see my home internal ip so wont connect my home pc wont see my work internal ip

can i run server in vmware on pc without it afecting the rest of pc

i want to ftp from outside location to my home network do i have to use port forwarding on both routers

do other discs load ok ifso then you probelt have a duff disc m8 crc generly files cant be read

ive plugged it stright to wall aswell as multi soket it happens at differnt times and with no perticular programe one mre thing last time it happend i unpluged lead from psu and it powered up

pc powers off without shuting down and wont start up straight away as if there is no power then will switch on as normal 4 or 5 times then does the same again psu has been changed but still doing it
