Hmm... Tried it. It worked for about 5 minutes, then the problem came back.

The problem doesn't occur only during browsing, but I notice it most during browsing, since I'm connecting to so many different servers. Like I said, once I make a connection, its fine. So if I'm downloading a big file via http, I get it at normal speeds. But it seems to be having trouble...
