Oops, I meant the TruePower II series... although the original TruePower series are good too.

The Antec TruePower series are great. They've got dual 12V rails that'll be more than enough for your needs. They may cost more, but trust me, you'll be thankful when you don't have problems in the future.

40GB is rather small for today's computing needs. Again, it's maybe an extra $20 for a 120GB hard drive.

Honestly, I don't know. Personally, I'd stick with the big names like Corsair, Kingston, OCZ. Also, you should consider getting a better PSU with around 12V@28A .

You should really consider getting a bigger hard drive. It's not that much more plus you'll be allowing yourself for future programs/games/music/video/etc.
