Alright cool, how long should the parts take to arrive once i order them from newegg?

Alright everything sounds good for building the computer. But i am worried that if I buy everything for the computer and since it doesnt have a warranty, if i put it all together and then it crashes i will have no way of fixing it without buying new parts.. am i correct about the warranty issue...

Alright cool, and either of those two OS will do fine? are they both vista? and out of the two graphics cards u listed, is the second one listed better? the GT Series one?

Alright one more quick question, if i buy all of the parts that you have listed comatose, do i have to worry about anything other than assembling it? is it recommended to have someone assemble it for you? and how much would a company such as HP or Dell try and sell this type of computer for?
