So which Conroe is the cheapest "real" Conroe?

Which fans would I need to get? EDIT: Also, someone said that I should get an AM2 Socket motherboard instead, is that necessary? The DFI Lanparty is popular among overclockers, so I'm not too sure. There aren't many popular AM2 socket mobo's that I know about.

Do I need to get any coolers or something? Or upgrade the fans?
