Yeah, I'm gonna be using a DFI board. Is the DFI Lanparty a great board?
I'm going to be using this one:

Everyone says it's the best for performance/gaming in that price range, is that true?
Having trouble choosing ram, not sure which one to choose, they're both highy recommended.
OCZ 2GB (2 x 1GB) 184-Pin DDR SDRAM Unbuffered DDR 400 (PC 3200) Dual Channel Platinum System Memory - Retail

CORSAIR XMS 2GB (2 x 1GB)...
Which fans would I need to get?
EDIT: Also, someone said that I should get an AM2 Socket motherboard instead, is that necessary? The DFI Lanparty is popular among overclockers, so I'm not too sure. There aren't many popular AM2 socket mobo's that I know about.
How much would that cost? I don't really know much about that, so I just might go with this:

Everyone seems to like it.
Well, I've decided that it's time that I need a new computer. Since Conroe's coming out soon, AMD prices will drop down significantly and it'll be a great time to build a computer. I hear August is the best month to order from Newegg, not sure if that's true or not.
Here's my build:
NEC 16X...
I'm thinking of going with this case, http://secure.newegg.com/NewVersion/Shopping/ShoppingItem.asp?ItemList=N82E16811133132&MainItemList=N82E16811133132 , what do you think?
