for common using I suggest you not to build the dual cpu system it's performance is not much better than the single ones which is not so expensive PS:dual P3-S is powerful but cost more

you have to upgrade your Mortherboard to enjoy the 64bit CPU here are some advices: AMD SP2500+(64bit) Biostar C51(include the graphic card)
