Is a .php website engine that has filtering just like Excel? I would like to know if I could create a list of things, and then being able to filter out those things easily, just like in Excel but only difference is that only I can edit/add new items and others can only filter.

Windows 8, I know not the best OS to run a server on. Basicly this server just has a shared folder with workers around the company that use the same network. And I need software to monitor it's CPU,RAM etc etc. Without me using Remote desktop connection to see what's going on.
