yea at first i thought it was the drivers, but i got the driver directly from the cd they gave me which is specific to this card. so i figure its just damage to the card or something. would anything in the bios or something screw it up?

sorry mis wrote that one, its late lol. ever since i installed the AGP one i get the lines. Never had the problem with the original card.

from day one ive had the problem... i originally had a pci card i beleive, then got this ati card that is agp.

Can anyone explain why these blue and red diagonal lines apear on my screen. Its really annoying, especially when play games. Thanks

would 2 sticks of 512 ram do better than 1 stick of 1gig in the dual core?

okay, i have a little more money , if i went from the x2 3800+ to the 4200+ would i need to use a different mobo instead of the MSI K8N NEO4 ?

i dont know if this would work, but if u got two fans opperating so that the two sound waves (going in the same direction) were completely out of phase they would cancel eachother out... so you wouldnt even hear them. i think i might try this and if i succeed ill get back to you
