My brother wants to build a PC and after all the help you guys gave me on mine he was hoping to build one too.
Is it possible to get one that can play new games and will be able to for the next 5 or so years without too much upgrading?

Assuming my $1000ish price range, what sacrifices am i making to other parts of the computer to have that graphics card? Would a slightly cheaper one still get the job done and allow me to upgrade some other parts of the computer?
Also, I'd still have to purchase windows 7 and an HD flat...
Yeah I have plenty of money but im not really trying to spend too much on a PC i feel like around 1k can get me something that will do all i need, doesnt have to be perfect.
