finally got it working, had to downgrade the video drivers to version 84.25, the ones nvidia linked me after I submitted an e-mail about this problem.

if that does not work, a boot floppy with fdisk on it should allow you to run the command fdisk <drive letter> /mbr

do you have NCQ drive and a nforce MB...

did that still says the same thing, that I am not running XP because I have x64 vs 32bit

sadly these are 32bit not 64 even though the site says 64 the first comment about them said they are 32bit too. Trying to install them confirmed itl

tookout the snd crd and switched video cards, still is not working.

I have tried just taking out one video card, but have not tried the otherone as the primary. I will try that when I get home. I reinstalled this morning though, used all the default drivers that came one CD with the mainboard/sound card, and still had the reboot.

it will work fine I guess, have not made it much further than the reinstall and then drivers. I have reseated everything, ram, both video cards, snd card.

OK tried both apps. I could not figure out how to insert the drivers with autostreamer, but with nlite I was able to make the disc and finally see the HDD without a driver floppy. However after it does the initial setup from the CD, then the comp. reboots I got a BSoD.
