Hello everyone my hard drive is busted,I have a extra one but the problem is that a ide connection on the drive and my mother board does not have the slot for it..but my brother pc has the connection for the board so I planned to swap his sata drive with the ide drive seeing thta his motherboard...

hello all i have a HP 15-f010wm Notebook PC When i connect the charger i get the light next to the charging port on the laptop... When i power it up the power led light turns on but i gets no fan spin neither hard drive an a blank screen... the power led light would stay on for lets say...

hello all, i got a acer aspire v5-571 and the wireless is not turning on.. it has windows 8 installed on it, when i try t turn on the wireless its grayed out.. it does not seem to have a physical switch to turn on and off the wireless.. when i use the fn+f3 keys it only turns of an on the...

No beeps or amything even when i remove both rams i get no beeps

Yea i tried another battery same thing. It does same thing with the battery in alone an with the charger plugged in along with it as well. An same with just the charger plugged in alone

When you say battery do you mean the cmos battery or the other one. Because it does same thimg when on battery with charbger pluggen in, an on battdry alome an with charger plugged in with out the battery

Yea am using it with the power cord... It turns on fan spins for about 3 secs stops. About maybe30 sec later it turns back on. An stays running nothing on screen, just yesterday it started workimg. I was using it for awhile when i turned it off same thimg

hello, i have a lenovo z565 laptop it powers up but nothig happens.. the fan spins for about maybe 3 seconds max then stop power light is still on.. could this be a sighn of a dead mobo?

I was wondering if it had to do something with a bios setting. Likey neighbor computer in the bios in the setting i saw something about the keyboard work in bios only setting. So i wonder if it the same case with mine but i dont see that option

I ran into anither problem.. My keybord does not get power after post.. Key board works fine to get into the bios, it works. To navigate in bios but when it time to boot at the screen that give me option to boot windows normally or repair keyboard is ded can't choose even if i wan to press any...

could it be that my board is called for ram pc2-5300 ddr2 667 hrtz and i am using pc2-6400u 800hrtz that may be causing the problem?

oh well am still having the bsod problem so i guess the ram is no good.. pc turnson an everything..

Its on 99% now stage 5 of 5 Ok just completed.. now i wil go online on it an see if it crashes again
