This is the first time im reverting my bios version and im having trouble doing so. I have an asus p5n-d current bios version is 0402 and am trying to go back to 0302 can someone please explain EXACTLY what i need to do. I would greatly appreciate it.

Lol yeap, the only thing bad about asus is that they didnt have any information about the monitor's menu and what everything does, thats why im here.

Ive recently purchased a 2ms ASUS VK222U and in the monitor's menu theres an option to increase "Overdrive" what exactly is it? It can go from 0-100 Should i use it? leave It on defualt(60)? Its not the refresh rate btw Also if someone could tell me what DDC/CI stands for and what it does...

Im not much of an Intel guy so i barely know whats good and whats not in that category, anywho my question is what about the Intel Core 2 Quad Q9300? Is that better? Or is the 6600 the best out of all?

Im in the midst of upgrading and am wondering whats the best processor for gaming? Ive looked through the forums and looked at reviews for the phenom 9850 but still cant decide wether or not its built for gaming. At the moment what is the best processor for this? It could be either intel or amd.
