Okay, forgive the silly question, but where would I find that? Is it a simple install where I just download the file and run the .exe or is there more to it than that? Thanks again!

I ran a registry cleaner, not sure if that is the same thing. I installed a full directx10 last night with Dragon Age and it didn't repair anything.

Yeah sorry I dunno why I didn't just list the game name from the get go. Wasn't trying to be cryptic or anything. The game is D&D Online. I have found several threads on this issue where the game has a black screen and doesn't respond. But none of them were on par with what is happening to me...
Thanks for responding, and no I hadn't played this game at all before the upgrade. I do use a wireless microsoft keyboard and mouse, but like I said before, all other game work fine on this PC except this one game. I even bought Dragon Age Origins tonight and it's running like a sewing machine...
