the default page is different on every router. best thing to do is go into command prompt and type ipconfig. The default gateway is almost 99% going to be your routers ip address unless you have other devices on your network. The item your trying to change is going to be the LAN side addressing.

If your hosting a web server of course its going to eat up your bandwidth. If your just setting up an internal server for file sharing or other services that are LAN specific than you wont have a problem
