i built this system about 2 years ago and it ran great...until i upgraded the case (bad idea). i took everything out and put it in the new case, and i got a "system failed CPU test" over and over, and eventually after different combinations of hardware, i get just a "no signal" on the monitor...

well i need that stuff, so i think im gonna buy a SATA drive, copy all the stuff over to it and do basically what you just said. i can access the files fine, just not with windows. do you think if i duplicated it it would duplicate the problem too, or should i just copy over the files i need?

alright, i have an IDE drive that has partition commander on it which i want to use to copy another IDE hard drive to an SATA hard drive.
