Power Supply is 300W, and no real budget limit - but wondering if it will be cheaper to buy a new system?

We have an HP Pavilion A6752F and find there is too much lag time when playing WOW or Star Wars Old Republic (Beta). I was told upgrading the graphics card would help. Can you recommend one that would work with my system and support the game play? Thanks!
