I would Click re write the "boot.ini" file stored on "drive:\boot.ini" (it's a hidden system file so you will need to be able to, view those files) change the boot drive from c:\ to the DIR of your USB Drive. this should enable windows to boot off that drive?

Have you tried using a batch file? such as
DELETE %windir%\douments and settings\username\tempdir
(that wont work but that sort of thing will work, if you find the correct file path)
No Idea, I haven't run lanschool only netop-school! and being a meber of IST for my school I don't no if it is wise to tell people how to get around the apps even if I knew lol!
