Water cool? There are some good heatsinks for processors. They are just big heat sinks, no fans on them. These are usually they loudest fans.

The motherboards in Dells are propreitary(sp?) Not upgradeable.

Dremels are the ideal soluiton to any problem. They would work wonders for this.

I dont think it would be worth it to try and attach that heatsink, you would have to modify something. You could ruin the Video card in the process.
