So recently I've come across an old Texas Instrument Travelmate 6160 (I think it was made in 1997). Anyway, I was using it yesterday for fun because it still worked and everything.
It started up fine, but then one time i tried starting it up but it said the operating system couldn't be found...
1. My computer is my own personal computer, yes.
2. I have 2 ethernet cables. I cannot one from the wall jack to my computer to give me internet.
3. Plugging the cable from the wall into the Xbox doesn't work. I tested the connection. The network is fine, but there is no internet connection...
Right right. I log into cisco with the account given to me. For Xbox, if I try to log on it just says I cannot connect whether I've connected my Xbox to my computer or directly from the wall jack. Ive also tried network sharing but that doesn't work either.
well, on the site it says Cisco (NASDAQ: CSCO) is the worldwide leader in networking that transforms how people connect, communicate and collaborate.
Idk much about it, but basically its a networking program that allows you to access the internet. You have to log in and everything before you...
My college has Cisco and we need to log into it to be able to use the internet. Also, this makes it so we cannot connect the internet to our Xboxes, but if we pay the college $50, they say they can hook us up.
I'm trying to find a way around this and be able to hook it up. Any suggestions?
My ethernet cable is connected to my computer and my router (the green light on the router confirms it). But I get the yellow cautionary sign on the lower bottom right of my screen saying I do not have internet access. All my other computers have internet access. What do I do?
