I read it is just an add on, but it's hard to remove it, so probably you'll have to instal an antivirus program. :)

it turned out to be a virus. It says here facebook-adware-what-is-it-and-how-to-remove-it that its launched via other facebook applications. I can't remember after which one i noticed this but i believe its like that. I don't think its that serious but its annoying for sure.
