I have recently installed windows again on my laptop and saved it as "windows 2" which has allowed me to access all my files and stuff so i could save them onto USB. Is there anyway i can repair the profile from the other Windows from the new one i have installed. Or am I able to copy...
When i type explorer.exe in it just comes up with "this file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Create an association in the folder options control panel" but i don't know why it is telling me to do that when i can't access control panel either?

I can get into safe mode but it does the same thing and i am not able to open anything up to be able to open another account as i cannot access control panel or my computer anything like that
