hi all i downloaded the pc cleanup toolbox from this forum, can i ask am i likely to cause my self any problems if i delete all the files it selects? thanks Bill

thanks for the reply, is it normal for the cpu usage of service host to be upto 50%? i dont have the option to change the power plan, and i have recently downloaded some "cleanup" items recommended by one of the usrs on this forum and deleted malaware etc

hi all the fan on my laptop runs constantly so i looked at task manager to see if any program was at high usage, i found somethng called "service host : local system" using in excess of 30% of the cpu regularl going over 50% can anyone tell me what this is and if it might be responsible? thanks Bill

solved thanks for all the replies and help. i found the "windows mail " folder in explorer and found the outbox and deleted them there.

believe it or not i have actually deleted the email and its still trying to send it !!

appreciate the reply Bikerecho i will try your suggestion for sending the file but its really getting to be a nuisance, everytime i start to download my mail this email kicks in to send and slows everything down, then after about 10 minutes i et an error message telling me the file is too large...

i tried to send an email containing some large image files which i think are too big to send, but evertime i open my mail account they pop up again as trying to be sent i have deleted the mail but it doesnt seem to have gone and just keeps trying to send, any help appreciated please.

yes thats right, the laptop started to play up again later but just restored again and its ok now so obviously something wrong not sure what to do to try to clear it completely
