I went into Curry's yesterday and asked if I could buy a PC without Windows pre-installed on it. Needless to say I couldn't.Surely, this prevents anyone who wants to come up with a new and perhaps better O/S from doing so. Why is this allowed to go on?
I am Bill Gates the 3rd. you might not belive me esp. when you realise I don't know as much as you'd think about computers and Windows but well...o.k I'm not BG i'm just someone who wants to learn more about my software and how it works etc.
