Are there mutiple account in your computers? If it is, then try getting this User Profile Hive Cleanup. I also have that problem before and it fix my problem. Hope it fixes yours too...

Removing of Office 2000 is really a pain in the arse. Anyway, I've heard about it, and you gotta look for office 2000 uninstaller or deleter. Can't remember which one. I try find it for you if possible. No promises :D

I have this problems before. And I guess everyone must have encounter this too. Try Clearing the DNS resolver cache. Open a command prompt and enter “ipconfig /flushdns”. (without quotes) It works for me at times though. :) Hope it helps!

Yeah, I'm wondering what do other people think about it. At here, Singapore, our country is so small (a small dot in the world map), making it easier to clamp down on piracy. :( We really have no place to run, LoL! Anyway, I hope we can have a topic about it.
