What are the top 10 games you would personally like to see remade into the latest engines with updated AI and physics, the works.

Can be from any platform, genre, age, whatever.

9) Doom
8) Return To Castle Wolfenstein
7) Final Fantasy 9
6) Mario 64
5) Need For Speed 3 Hot Pursuit
4) Mechwarrior 4
3) Metal Gear Solid (PS1)
2) Descent 1/2
1) Castlevania SOTN

I considered some older titles but certain things just wouldn't go that great.

09. Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty
08. Star Wars: Jedi Knight Jedi Academy
07. Star Trek: Bridge Commander
06. TES III: Morrowind
05. SimCity 2000 (a la the new Sim City, but bigger, no predefined highway system etc)
04. Half-Life
03. Minecraft like the SEUS shaders. IMO better shaders and graphics = more immersive. I want to be scared when a zombie comes knocking at my door
02. Diablo II: Lord of Destruction. 3 was a letdown.
01. Pokemon on GameBoy / GBA. Recently been playing Pokemon: Fire Red on my phone. I forgot how awesome those games were.

On a serious note......

Mass Effect 1 & 2... bring the game up to the standard of graphical standard of ME3

Resident Evil, RE2, RE3:Nemesis, RE:Code Veronica, RE4. Would not worry about the spin offs that do not do any thing for the over all RE plot

Time Crisis 1,2,3... again bring up to the standard of TC4. And while we are on the subject, Crisis Zone.

System Shock 2.

Unreal and Unreal : Return To Na-Pali

Final Fantasy 7.... with the fan following this game has, I have no idea why Square does not remake this game.

Star Wars Knights Of The Old Republic and ST:KOTORII

Star Wars Galaxies -- and keep to the original combat system.
