Potentially the longest thread in history...

Homsians scientists made a test on a frog , they reported :
1- cut the frog arm and tell him to jump => it jumps .
2- cut the other arm and tell him to jump => it jumps .
3- cut the frog leg and tell him to jump => it jumps .
4- cut the last leg and tell him to jump => it does not jump .
That means :
The frog loses his hearing instincts if you cut his long parts !

It could also be that he has no legs left to jump...

I need some help with this stupid riddle that my sons coach told me. I don't know what the answer is, but I know it's NOT where you are or the last city. Have a go!

"I'm in Cincinnati (Ohio). I go to Rome. I stay 4 days and go to Saxonburg (Pennsylvania). Then I go to Berlin. To finish my trip I go to Yorktown (Pennsylvania). Where am I?"

Or the second variation:

"I go to Reading (Pennsylvania). I stay 4 days and go to Louisiana. Then I go to London. I stay 3 days and go to Norway. Then I go to South Carolina. Where am I?"

Other than a random answer like 'Earth' I've no idea why it wouldn't be the final location in the chain.

Unless it means 'What country?', in which case the US since there's a place in the US called each of those.
