If you are using Google's AdSense ads it's against the terms of service and they will pull your account for it. It's PROBABLY against the TOS of any reputable ad supplier. Either way it's dishonest and bordering on fraudulent.

Yeah i would avoid these sorts of programs at all costs. There are plenty of ways to earn clean money on the web.

I think you are totaly confused about Click exchange process.It's totaly against Google Adsense's terms of services.I want to suggest here do not click against Google's terms otherwise you will be banned for life time.
