well i wwoke up an hour late to work...at work right now...and im sore...from working out 2 days ago...not sure if i shud rest or workout again today.
And i tried sleeping at like 1 last night...and ended up going to bed at like 4...i need to stop sleepin late.
Yea, if you're working out, you need to sleep. Important part of recovering and not having to be so sore. And if you're really sore, you shouldn't be working out. Recover before you do.
