X-Fi XtremeGamer Fatal1ty Edition Question

I have a quick question with the XtremeGamer X-Fi card, how do i connect my CM Stackers Front Panel Audio cable(for the mic and headset inputs) to the card? The problem is that the pins are different? I have a AC'97 cable, a HD Audio Cable, and those 1-pin connectors that are all seperate in about 12 colors, can someone help me connect one of those front panel audio pin connectors to the card?
