Outlook and/or Server Problem??

We're running outlook on our server. The server is up, the internet works, files are able to be access thru the server, But on all the workstation, When Outlook is open, it says its Disconnected at the bottom right corner. When i attempt to click on send/receieve, it says to contact my system administrator and I AM IT ! What do i do?! Help please!!

I'm assuming the server is exchange. What version?
What version of Outlook are you using?

Do you have the profiles set up using Exchange (MAPI), POP, IMAP, etc...?

Yes im running Outlook 2003 on Server exchange. It's been working before perfectly. Yesterday i got a complain about the disconnected icon at the bottom right side corner. I check the outlook on the server computer and says the same. We're running windows server 2003 if that helps? And its day 2 now with no email running.

What version of exchange?

Look in the services section on the server and make sure all services starting with "Microsoft Exchange" are started.
