New modem/router

Can anyone recommend me a good set of both? or just the modem at least.. My modem is going out really bad. I lose connection real often and for long periods of time almost. I've been trying to get some insight but I can't seem to be getting any feedback. I run 3meg with Charter high-speed thanks

Charter is cable right? They should provide you with a free modem if there's a problem with your connection, pending techs decision.

But if a router is what you want, you can get this one:

Cheap, reliable, and simple to hookup. Plus, it's wireless too in case you want to go that way.

Charter is cable. I use it. Their modem is great. I get low pings and full speeds. Once again, call up Charter and ask them for an on-site.

called charter. the operator said that they would have to charge me an additional $15 a month for their modem and router use. I already pay $84..and that's costing me a fkn fortune..

Dang. I pay 45.00 for 15mbps with roadrunner.

buy a good router like the wireless n router from dlink. I had the same issue when I was using the cheap dlink
