i mean i can stand anywhere i want and not have to be limited to the sensor bar, why would i want to sit 30 feet away? problaly if i wanted to play on a projector

you only need teh sensor bar for pointing and yes nintendo brought back the motion sensing the original nes had it in its own way anyone remember duck hunt

Haha, so many people here have obviously never played the wii.

Its wireless isn't done via the sensor bar...its done via bluetooth...

The sensor bar is for *some* games so it can tell where the players are at and do neat things.
