lost planet direct x 10 demo

Hi i have tried to download the direct x 10 version of lost planet i have all the requirements needed to play the game. But when it tries to install it says that a file is missing or corrupt and cannot continue. So i tried to download it from elsewhere with the same effect please help.

ITs definitely not a hardware problem. It might be a software problem with Vista itself. Try calling their tech support.
