I mean. I have this router as my primary for my xbox 360 and my PC. A second router connected to it behind it connects 2 laptops. Hmm...mine works fantastic, both networks do...

This is odd. I don't know where to go from here, perhaps Ethereal can dig up some magic for you bro. I'm a networking fiend...but I'm stumped right now. Did you do what he asked up above btw?

I installed a PCI Ethernet card brand new one... and it still is slow...


PING times are the same for both computers.

You ran the ping tests to both the default gateway, AND to an internet page?

Try doing a file transfer in the LAN. Copy a large file from one computer to the other, then try it again the other way. Try downloading a large file online....

At what point do you see the latency?

Updated the Firmware. Still no change in speed. ive transfer file to other comp and its copys just fine... only thing that is slow is the speed surfing the internet. i don't get it. im about to just give up
