Default zonealarm asking too much

I have zonealarm pro and everytime I boot up my pc it always asks for Lsass.exe for access even if I choose remember always and allow it still asks. The same goes for if I use windows media player it still asks even when set to remember. Does anyone Know why this might be happening?

check msconfig and make sure there arent any entries for the 2. if there are, uncheck them, and then give them access in ZA and see if it still asks you.

by manually set it do you mean tick all the boxes in the programs tab for allow internet, server etc. Iv done that, and they also wernt in msconfig startup. Is there a way to turn off the message coming up for those two programs? to not authenticate them?
